What I ate today.
Breakfast: Toast, cereal, and coffee. (I have a keurig Machine FYI)
Lunch: Philly cheese steak sandwich that would kill a normal person… But I am not normal I finished the whole thing.
Dinner: Some sexy Spanish rice in a nice tomato sauce with some cheese and a little bit of meat. As well as some added spices.
Total calories consumed 6000. I’m training for the Olympics in 2040. Better get back to eating.
